Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment
To book a six-session package, you must send a non-refundable 50% deposit. No deposit is required for individual appointments for returning clients. Payments are to be made via e-transfer upon receipt of an invoice.
Cancellation
Appointments are considered booked once you have selected your appointment time, above. We require 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. The full fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Refund Policy
No refund is available for late cancellations and non-refundable deposits (six-session package). No refund is available for coaching services after they have occurred.
