I’m here to help you walk the path to something better.
As a trained recovery coach, I bring: decades of experience running a business and working with people, up-to-date professional training in coaching, and my own lived experience with an alcohol use disorder. Through all this, I’m well equipped to help you find your own way to a better life.
I knew it was time to take action, but I needed a support system to help me live an alcohol-free life.
And I can't tell you how joyful it's been.
For years, my life looked great on paper. I was the textbook definition of someone with a “high functioning” alcohol use disorder. I wouldn’t have even said I had a problem until a close call shook me deeply. I woke up and knew I needed to change—immediately. I’d done enough damage and broken enough trust with my loved ones. It just wasn’t worth it.
So I got help.
My own path to sobriety wasn’t conventional. There are tried and true practices, but there’s no “one size fits all” in recovery. As a recovery coach, I draw on that principle. Using a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I’ll help you devise a plan that adapts to your unique challenges, personality, and goals.

I want to help you recover who you were meant to be.
Russell Brand says that quitting alcohol is about recovering the person you were meant to be—
and that’s the greatest recovery at work here.
My own path to an alcohol-free life hasn’t been defined by loss or missed events. It’s been characterized by discovery and joy.
I’ve discovered more about me: who I am, how to heal past wounds, how to reconcile damaged relationships.
I’ve discovered more about this world: the joy of a quiet morning, the riches of nature, the life-changing benefits of health, the satisfaction of a good book.
And I’ve discovered what’s possible from here, on the other side of things. In this, I have found a deep desire to empower others to recover a better life too.
Sobriety isn’t a death sentence.
It’s an invitation to a new life—
one that’s richer, more balanced, and more true.

Your life is about to get a whole lot better.
I love working with:
People who “have it all together” (but really don’t)
Ambitious professionals who are good at hiding behind a veneer
People who just got out of treatment and need some extra one-on-one support
Those of you who don’t want to be stigmatized as an “alcoholic” (a word I rarely use)
People wanting to bridge the gap between their current reality and a better next chapter
